We will be picking at the Farmhouse Kitchen again this Friday night from about 7 till 9. get there early for good seats. Last time was a full house and the food was outstanding. I had the shrimp and grits :) Hope to see everyone there. Directions and website to the Farmhouse Kitchen are in my earlier post below.

Going to be joining the guys at American Sport Fish near Montgomery again Saturday Jan 16th. Should be plenty of great food and bluegrass. I will be posting pictures and maybe a video or two soon. Be sure and check out American Game Fish at the their website.
I will be pickin' with a few former members of the Blue Valley Boys at the Farmhouse Kitchen Friday evening, Jan 8th. Come on out and enjoy some great food and bluegrass music in a family friendly atmosphere. The Farmhouse Kitchen is located on Taylor Rd in Montgomery between Vaughn Rd and Troy Hy.
Barry's Christmas Pickin' Party

Made the drive to Birmingham for Barry's annual pickin' for the first time. Thanks to Kenbear (Ken Bearden) for inviting me to join in on the fun and a special thanks to Barry for opening his home for one of the best bluegrass jams anywhere.
The pickin' attracts the best bluegrass pickers from all over the state of AL and beyond. I am looking forward to next year and meeting more bluegrass friends in the future.
